This visionary and far-reaching document outlines broad policy, infrastructure and capital changes Abu Dhabi will make to ensure the Emirate is a premier global marketplace for research, innovation, investment and entrepreneurship. The Technology Transfer Today (T3) Forum is the first-ever event to convene venture capitalists, scientists, CEO’s and early stage companies to the Region to realize some of Abu Dhabi’s ambitious goals.
